The ZW-FKDD01 machine is engineered for precise stacking and compression of prismatic lithium cells. Operators manually position end plates, insulation plates, and individual cells sequentially onto the stacking platform. Upon completion of stacking, activating the "Start Compression" button initiates the PLC-controlled electric cylinder, which automatically applies calibrated pressure based on sensor feedback and halts when preset force or displacement thresholds are achieved. Following compression, operators secure the stack with upper and lower forming steel bands before pressing the "Return" button to release pressure and return the cylinder to standby position, completing the integrated stacking, compressing, and strapping workflow.
